  • Mystery boxes are shipped without original retail boxes to save space and reduce waste. Individual Pairs will have their original shoe box included.
  • Depending on how many pairs of shoes you ordered, your order may arrive in multiple boxes.
  • Please doublecheck the shipping address you enter at checkout. SFD cannot be help responsible for items shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you realized that you entered your address incorrectly after you checked out, please email us immediately at hello@shoesfordinner.com, and we’ll do our best to update the shipping information before it goes out.

Because of the nature of our model (and the truly insane deals we offer), all sales are final. We hope you understand that in offering these beyond-good prices, we’re also keeping waste low, wardrobes fresh, and feet stylish.

Mystery Boxes – FINAL SALE

All Mystery Boxes are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. These boxes are deeply discounted and curated with care to offer amazing value, all while helping us reduce fashion waste by giving brand-new shoes a second life.

Individual Pairs (Non-Mystery Items)

We do not offer refunds. For individual items not part of a mystery box, you may request store credit if your return is approved. Because our inventory is limited and sizes may not restock, we offer store credit only to keep things flexible and fair for all shoppers.

To be eligible for store credit:

  • The shoes must be unworn and in original condition.

  • A return request (including your order number) must be submitted to hello@shoesfordinner.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Upon approval, store credit will be issued via email.

Defective Items

If you believe an individual pair has a manufacturer defect, please reach out to us at hello@shoesfordinner.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue.

  • Your order number.

If approved, you may receive store credit or a replacement, based on availability.

Please note:

  • Items that have been worn or used are not eligible.

  • All defects must be reported before you have worn the shoes.
