Every pair you receive is part of something bigger. Our shoes are brand new, high-quality, and heavily discounted—priced below wholesale—because we’re on a mission: Give fabulous shoes a second chance at life and keep them out of landfills. ♻️✨

Because of the nature of our model (and the truly insane deals we offer), all sales are final. We hope you understand that in offering these beyond-good prices, we’re also keeping waste low, wardrobes fresh, and feet stylish.

Mystery Boxes – FINAL SALE

All Mystery Boxes are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. These boxes are deeply discounted and curated with care to offer amazing value, all while helping us reduce fashion waste by giving brand-new shoes a second life.

Individual Pairs (Non-Mystery Items)

We do not offer refunds. For individual items not part of a mystery box, you may request store credit if your return is approved.

To be eligible for store credit:

• The shoes must be unworn and in original condition
• A return request must be submitted and approved within 14 days of delivery
• Store credit will be issued via email upon approval—no need to return anything unless we specifically request it

Because our inventory is limited and sizes may not restock, we offer store credit only to keep things flexible and fair for all shoppers.

Defective Items

If you believe an individual pair has a manufacturer defect, please reach out to us at hello@shoesfordinner.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the issue
• Your order number

If approved, you may receive store credit or a replacement, based on availability.

Please note:

• Items that have been worn or used are not eligible
• All defects must be reported before wearing the shoes
